To ensure that we can fully evaluate the opportunity for any Artist, it is imperative that you complete the attached questionnaire.

This is not an agreement, but rather a crucial information-gathering exercise aimed at assessing feasibility.

The questionnaire is essential for us to gather the logistical and financial details required to consider options for the artist.

Please be aware that for most bookings, our standard management fee is included in the artist's performance fee. 

However, if the desired artist fee exceeds the purchaser's specified budget, a 15% management fee will be added on top of the artist price automatically.
